2 Persons

3small apples
3/4 cupmilk
5-6almonds (soaked in water)
4-5dates
2walnuts
1 tbspraisins
1 spoonhoney or sugar
1/2 Tbspcinnamon powder

Cut apples in to small pieces. Remove almond's outer cover.

Add apple, walnut, almonds,raisins, honey, cinnamon powder and milk in one mixture jar or smoothie jar.

Blend it. Your smoothie is ready to serve.
