Steps

Boil cauliflower florets in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain and keep aside.

In a bowl add cornflour, flour,chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Make a thick batter with water.

Drop the cauliflower florets in the batter and coat well.

Now heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the florets till crispy.

Now in 1 tsp oil saute garlic for 10 seconds. Add spring onion whites. Saute than add capsicum.

Add Sezewan sauce, soya sauce. Give a stir on high flame. Now add cornflour slurry. Boil and mix well.

Switch off the flame and add honey. Mix well. Now add cauliflower florets.

Garnish with spring onion greens. Serve hot.
