Ingredients

  • 1 cupyellow rice
  • 2 cupswater
  • 12 ouncessmoke beef sausage
  • 1 cupEnglish peas
  • 1/2 stickbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt the butter and add the rice stirring 3 minutes. Slice the sausage and add to the buttered rice. Add water and cook covered stirring as needed, till rice is done.

    Add the frozen peas and stir in. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
