Ingredients

1rice bowl's worth Cooked white rice
50 gramsChinese cabbage kimchi
50 gramsPizza cheese
1 tspButter
1Finely chopped parsley

Place the hot cooked rice in a heatproof dish, and put the butter on top.

Spread kimchi on the rice, and sprinkle with the cheese, then parsley.

Bake until the cheese is browned, then you're done.
