Cheese & Bacon Pão de Queijo

I was given some mochi rice flour, so...
It's also delicious if you add some sugar to the mochi rice flour in Step 1. It's probably too difficult to add sugar once cooled... If the dough doesn't come together in Step 2 or 3, add a little milk or vegetable oil. When they rise and the cheese starts to melt, they are done. Recipe by commeline

Steps
- 1
Knead the shiratama flour well, while adding the milk little by little. Keep kneading while adding the beaten egg. Lastly, add the oil and knead well. Divide the mixture into two.
- 2
Into one half (A), add the grated cheese and knead well. Add the cubed cheese and bring together into a ball.
- 3
Into the other half (B), add the bacon and coarsely ground pepper, and knead well.
- 4
Form into balls about the size of a ping-pong ball. Bake for about 20 minutes in a 180℃ oven.
- 5
Once baked, put them into a plastic bag while they are still hot, and leave it in the sealed bag until cooled. The steam will make them chewy as they cool down.
