Place a wire mesh on flame n put tomatoes, chilli n garlic pod. Roast on medium flame all the sides until it burns n bcm soft

Keep aside until it get completely cool, after that peel a skin of all 3 things

Take a large bowl n mash roasted tomatoes chillies n garlic. Make a course texture.

Now add cumin powder, salt, sugar n coriander.Mix it well. Roasted chutney is ready to serve wth roti or rice.
