Tasty and light Breakfast ,non junk snacks. Its cook in 1 tsp oil and ready in 10-12 minuts
Steps

Wash and chop the Cauliflower in big pieces. On high flame boiled 1 glass water in a vessel. Add 1/8 tsp turmeric powder and 1/8 tsp salt.

Now combine Cauliflower pieces cover the lid and blench it. Turn off the flame.

3 minutes later drain the water. Keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl. Put besan in it. Now combine all ingredients one by one, except oil and cauliflower pieces. Make thick lumps free batter by adding water gradually.

On simmer pre heat the appam pan & brush all cavity with oil.

Lift a Cauliflower piece dip and coat with the batter. Put it in appe pan. Cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes on simmer.

Cook Cauliflower fritters till it turns into golden in colour then flip it.

Now grease oil over it, flip again and repeat the method. Check all Fritters, if it baked all sides. Turn off the flame.

Transfer into serving plate. Less oil 'Cauliflower Fritters' is ready to serve with any type of Dip. Enjoy !!
