Beetroot is such a versatile vegetable you can enjoy it in both sweet and savoury dishes and today I'm sharing an easy and quick recipe.
It's my 1st attempt of making Beetroot Buns

It's my 1st attempt of making Beetroot Buns
Allhumdulilah successfully done.

Steps

Make Beetroot juice.

Add yeast in juice mix well then add sugar and salt.
Mix well - 3
Add flour gradually knead it 5,7 minutes cover with plastic film.
Rest for 30 minutes. - 4
Cut it in 4 parts make small balls

Brush with egg and sprinkle felax seed and onion seed
- 6
Oil oven tray add put buns on tray
180°C preheat oven
Bake for 30 minutes. - 7
Remove tray from over and enjoy the bread.
