Cut the drumstick pods into pieces. Chop the tomato and ginger into small pieces. Add everything to 2 cups water (about 480 ml) and cook in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles.

Let it cool, then blend with 1 cup water (about 240 ml) in a blender. Add more water if needed.

Strain the soup using a fine mesh strainer.

Add salt, black salt, and black pepper powder. Simmer on low heat until it comes to a boil. Squeeze lemon juice on top and serve hot.
