Steps

Mix besan, yogurt, salt, water, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger paste and salt

Make batter like dosa consistency, (if you need you can add water) keep aside

In a pan add 1tbs oil, add onion, and chilli stir for 3min, now add all the other ingredients except paneer

Stir for 2min, remove the pan and add paneer, mix well
- 5
Now keep a dosa pan, spread the batter and make dosa, (it should not be crispy)

Keep dosa on a plate, keep 2 to 3 tbs of stuffing, fold and serve with chutney
