Steps

Take rice flour in a bowl and make a batter with one cup of water or as needed. Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes. (Batter should not be too thick nor too thin.)

After 10 minutes add sesame seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, salt, grated ginger and veggies. Give it a good stir.

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with with very little oil. Put little less than half cup of batter on the pan and spread it evenly with the back of ladle.

Put little oil with spoon around the chilla. As it seems dry, flip it over to the other side with spatula.

Cook till very light golden color. And it's ready to serve with chutney.
