Take the boiled potatoes and cool completely. Mash it and keep it aside.

Take 1cup bajra flour.

Take 1/2 cup wheat flour.

In a big bowl add mashed potatoes and bajra flour and wheat flour. Add salt, chaat masala, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala.

Mix everything well. Then add little water and make a tight dough. Cover and keep aside for 5 mins.

Grease your palm and take a ball of dough and dust it with dry flour and roll little thick chapati.

Take a pan and grease it and cook the paratha on medium flame by adding little oil or ghee from both the sides.

Serve hot with curd.
