Ingredients

  • 6-7Garlic cloves
  • 6-7Kashmiri red chilli (soak it for 20 mins)
  • 2-3 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 tbspDaliya/ porridge
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add garlic cloves roast it and keep a side.

    Drain water from chilli and add in grinder and roast garlic and some daliya for better taste.

    Take pan add some oil heat it and add jeera and grind garlic paste fry it and add salt as per your taste.

    Serve it with roti or badas.
