Marinated Cauliflower with Olive Oil

I enjoy simple cauliflower tossed in sesame sauce or mayonnaise, boiled, or pickled. Here is one of my simple cauliflower recipes.
It's a shame there aren't more people who buy, eat, or even know about cauliflower, but everyone who ate this dish loved it.
For best results, boil the cauliflower with plenty of salt, producing a seasoned flavor and crisp texture that can be enjoyed with a light marinade sauce.

Prepare all of the ingredients.

Break or cut the cauliflower into evenly sized pieces.

If you like garlic, grate into the marinade. It will give the dish a bit of a kick and a nice fragrance.

Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. If you like a salty taste, add a couple of pinches of salt.

Boil 1000ml of water with 2 tablespoons of salt. Boiling the cauliflower with plenty of salt makes it tastier.

Bring it to a boil.

Add the cauliflower and boil to your desired firmness. Check the texture by touching the stem or poking with a bamboo skewer.

Drain well in a sieve. Remove the excess water with a paper towel, if you have the time.

Add the cauliflower to the marinade (from Step 4) while it's still warm.

Toss together with a wooden spatula.

Transfer to a serving plate. It's tasty served hot or chilled. It's also delicious after it has been kept in the fridge for 2-3 days.
