I wanted to make a charaben, but I didn't have much time. That was when I came up with this idea.
It's easy to cut nori seaweed. If you use shredded nori seaweed for the thin line at the very bottom, you can reduce the preparation time! Recipe by Tsukasamama

Cooking Instructions

Form the salted-onigiri into the shape of a bullet train and stuff into a bento box.
- 2
Use pre-shredded nori seaweed or cut-outs of nori seaweed to decorate your train. Place them on the onirigi as shown in the picture.
- 3
Stuff side dishes into the empty space, and you're done!
