Wash & soak urad dal for 4 hours.

Then grind the urad dal in mixer. Take dahi and whisk it. Add water if required.

Then add red chilli powder, jeera powder, salt and sugar. Mix it well

In urad dal batter, add salt and green chilli paste. Mix properly

Heat oil in kadhai and put small vada in oil and fry till golden brown.then add vadas in water to become spongy.

For serving place vada in bowl add dahi. Then add green chutney and sweet chutney. Add jeera powder, red chilli powder. Garnish with coriander.
