Fluffy Even with Rice Flour! Steamed Bread in a Microwave

I used to make steamed bread for my son who had allergies, but it was hard for him to eat when it was chewy. I wanted him to eat a fluffy one as if it was made with flour, and I arrive at this recipe after many experiments.
When you add water, the batter should be thick. If the batter is too soft, please add more rice flour. You can slightly adjust the amount of ingredients. Recipe by Kana-da
