In mixing bowl, add rava/semolina, rice flour, Maida, besan. Add curd And salt. Add water slowly. So that batter is nor thick nor thin. Rava Dosa batter is ready. Now we have to add flavour to rava dosa.

Take kadai, switch on flame. Put ghee and oil. Heat it. Once hot. Add cumin seed, hing, green chilli, ginger, onion chopped. Pepper, and curry leaves. Don't over cook. Switch off flame. And pour it in batter prepared. Add chopped kothmir and coconut. Mix well. Keep the batter rest for 2 hours.

Heat tawa. Help of ladle / cup spread the batter. Cook for 2 min. And pour little oil on sides of dosa. Cook till the sides of soda turns brown. Turn the dosa. Cook for few minutes.

Rava dosa is ready to serve. Serve with chutney.
