Mix all the ingredients except the ghee and knead a thick dough.

Make balls from the dough. The ball should comparatively double the size you make for chapati.

Roll out a thick chapati from the ball

On the tawa, cook the chapati. Also while it's cooking make impressions by thumb and first finger of pinching the chapati. Rajasthan famous khoba roti is ready when cooked from both the sides.

Apply ghee generously before serving. Serve with kadhi, achar and jaggery.
