  1. 2slate Roties
  2. 2bolied mashed potatoes
  3. 1/4 cupboiled maggi
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1green chilli chopped
  6. as per tastesalt
  7. as requiredhaldi
  8. as requiredred chilli powder
  9. as requiredfresh coriander
  10. as requiredmango powder
  11. as neededmaida slurry
  12. as per needsev bhujia
  13. as requiredtomato ketchup

    Cut Roti into 4 parts and fold to give cone shape and paste with slurry.
    make all cones like this.

    Mix boiled mashed potatoes, salt, mirch, haldi, onion, green chilli, mango powder, maggi, coriander mix all ingredients and make thick mixture.

    Fill ready roti cones with this potatoes mixture and dip open side into maida slury.

    Fry into hot oil till become crispy.

    Make all cones like this.

    Dip front part into tomato ketchup and then roll into sev bhujia...
    yummy crispy roti cones are ready to eat.
