Bring to boil two kgs of milk in a pan

When the Milk starts boiling add two cups of sugar. Mix well and keep on stirring occasionally so that the milk doesn't get burnt. Keep the flame on the medium low

You have to keep stirring the Milk till the Milk quantity reduces to half. And about to thicken. No need to add cornflour for thickening. Thicken it to the consistency shown in pic.switch off the gas and let the rabri cool down and Transfer it to a bowl.

In the meantime time take a serving bowl and take 4-5 bread slices, cut its edges and cut it into two parts and line the bottom of the pan with the bread slices as shown

Now pour the cooled rabri over the lined bread slices

Now place another layer of bread over it and again cover it with rabri. Go on with this process until all the rabri is used up

Garnish it with dry fruits and let it chill and set in fridge for about half an hour. Take it out of the fridge and serve chilled
