Take the whole wheat flour in a big vessel and add salt

Then mix it with your fingers and add water little by little as per need and knead it to a soft dough and keep aside for half an hour covered.

Then make equal sized balls of the kneaded dough

Take one ball dust it on dry flour and place on your workstation and roll it evenly from all sides to a round shaped roti

Heat tawa and when hot place the roti on the tawa and cook it for a few seconds from one side then flip it

When you see spots on the roti carefully pick the roti with the tongs and put on direct flame and let it puff from both sides

Remove it on a plate or casserole when done and apply ghee on the roti
