Boil the potatoes and mashed it. Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard and jeera. Let it crackle.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Add masala and salt. Mix it well.

To make the batter, take batter ingredients. Mix it with some water. It should not be very thick or runny.

Take a bread slices and trim the sides. Apply green chutney on both slices.

After applying green chutney, spread the potato mix evenly. Cut it diagonally.

Deep into the batter and deep fry it. Do this step quickly otherwise bread can break.

Deep fry it on medium flame.
