In my family, we love masala Makhana. It is a healthy snack that can be prepared in no time. Clicked in natural light.
Steps

Heat ghee in a pan. Add curry leaves Makhana to it and roast them in low flame for about 10 minutes.

Check whether the Makhana has become crunchy. It will break easily if you break it. Now add masala salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, haldi powder and black salt. Mix well so that the makhana gets coated well with the masala.

Allow it to cool down. Then transfer it to an airtight container.
