Romanesco Broccoli with Garlic, Olive Oil, and Red Pepper Flakes

A seasonal vegetable... a real pick-me-up and a great side dish you can make quickly. Just boil it, then sauté it in a pan with garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. If you have any florets left over, you can use them to make a frittata as an appetizer.
