  • 2small Romanesco broccoli
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Olive oil and salt
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice

    Wash and remove the tough parts from the Romanesco broccoli. Boil in salted water (add a splash of lemon juice to reduce the cooking odor) for 15 minutes.

    When the broccoli is ready, transfer it to a skillet with garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Sauté briefly.
