Set a pot of water to boil and boil 2 eggs.
Preheat the oven to 190 C. - 2
Cut the crust off the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.

Then mold into foil cupcakes Tins or in a muffin molds. It’s ok if edges stick out a bit.mold all the bread slices like this.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, in a bowl add boiled eggs mash them. Them add mozzarella cheese and garlic Mayo. Mix it well.

Add chopped coriander and chopped green chili, add salt and black pepper also. Mix and set aside.

Once the bread cups are ready, cook them off. And take out of the molds.

Then fill the bread cups with egg-cheese salad. Garnish with chopped green onion.

Serve it with the sauce of your choice.
