Lemon Bundt Cake

Cream the margarine and sugar together for 10min until light and fluffy

Add in the lemon zest, eggs and vanilla essence.

Sift together the flour and baking powder together and add to the batter. Add the milk and lemon juice.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30min at 180°C
- 5
Mix together the icing sugar, lemon juice and milk. Drizzle over the cake and enjoy
