  • 1 tspdhania
  • 1egg plant
  • 1onion
  • 3 tbsblended tomato paste
  • 3carrots
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

    Set up your ingredients as shown

    Chop the onions and eggplant, dhania jeera fry them in oil until a little browned

    Add the tomato paste and carrots when done

    Add the lentils and simmer for 5mins, add some hot water and continue to simmer.
