  1. 1 bunchSpinach
  2. 5 tbspSesame seasonings
  3. Or
  4. 1 tbspRoasted sesame seeds
  5. 11/2- tablespoons Ground sesame seeds
  6. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 1 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the boiled spinach into 4-5 cm lengths, and squeeze out the water. Mix with the sesame seasonings.

    The moisture from the spinach will blend with the seasonings if you leave it for a while, so season it once more to finish.

    The homemade sesame seasoning is really simple, and can be stored easily. It's convenient to keep a stock of it in your kitchen..
