Easy Kabocha Squash Salad

Since I keep a stock of frozen kabocha, I used it to make a salad.
When mashing with the fork, try to achieve a smooth consistency!!
Unsweetened yoghurt is also fine.
Using the unsweetened type highlights the natural sweetness of the kabocha.
With sweetened yoghurt, it becomes even sweeter and more delicious. For 2 servings. Recipe by Chi-zusan

Steps
- 1
Chop the kabocha squash into pieces. Place them in a heat-resistant dish, cover in plastic wrap and microwave for 3 1/2 minutes (I use frozen kabocha).
- 2
While the kabocha is still hot and tender, mash it with a fork, and mix in the yoghurt and mayonnaise.
- 3
Season with salt to taste, then chill in the refrigerator. It's done!
