Mix all dry ingredients.

Now add oil n yogurt n mix well.

Now gradually pour water n form a soft dough. Knead it for 5 to 10 mins. Now grease it with oil n cover the lid. Keep it aside for minimum half n hour to 1 hour.

Now make small balls out of it.

Now press them to be flatten using oul if needed. Roll it with rolling pin or increase its size by using your hands.

Heat oil.. n deep fry them 1 by 1. Keep pressing them gently.. than flip n fry from another side. Don't over fry them.. we just want nice golden colour on it. Your soft puri is Ready to Serve.

Tip :
*Never use Ghee in dough making of puri... it'll make your puri hard or crunchy. For soft Puri always go for Cooking Oil.
*Make sure the Puri is not too thin or too thick.
*For deep frying Oil should be hot.. otherwise puri will become crispy.
