Mix besan and water until thicken.

Add dry spices except chaat masala. Mix it well. Set a side for 5to 10 minutes.

Take a bowl beat Yogurt add sugar.

Heat oil in wok for frying. Drop mixture of pakoras in deep fryer. Let it cook for both sides till golden brown then strain oil.

Now spread pakoras in dish. Pour Yogurt on top, Sprinkle chaat masala and drip sweet imli sauce on top. Ready to eat.
