MEATBALL PREPARATION
In a bowl, mix all the meatball ingredients well, except for the Panko breadcrumbs.
Form small meatballs and coat them in the Panko breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then fry until golden brown. - 2
PASTA PREPARATION
Heat the béchamel sauce.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
Heat a skillet with the olive oil and sauté the garlic and shallot. - 3
Add and sauté the asparagus with the red bell pepper.
Add the cooked pasta, desired amount of béchamel sauce, dill, and mix well.
TO SERVE
Serve the pasta on plates with the fried meatballs and sprinkle with a little chopped dill. - 4
