So I hate squeezing citrus fruits, but I love sour porridge. Found the solution in the super sour fermented milk I buy from the kijiji next to my estate - you know, the one that the curd has separated from the whey. The best thing about this uji is that it gave me an awesome sense of wellbeing when I finished drinking it. O yeah, I also used baby porridge; it's delicious and healthy. #flourrecipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupvery sour fermented milk
  2. 1/2 cupFamila Baby Porridge
  3. 1/2 litrewater
  4. To taste sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the water.

  2. 2

    Put the sour milk and flour in a blender and blend until very smooth.

  3. 3

    When the water boils, put the flour and sour milk mixture in it and stir continuously until the porridge has boiled.

  4. 4

    After it boils, let it cook for around 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    When it is ready, add sugar to your liking and enjoy good health and a strange sense of wellbeing as you drink.
