Oil dal kar piyaz light brown karein then usme garlic paste, salt red chilli powder, turmeric pissa dhaniya,cloves, black pepper add karein.

Masala bhoon kar gosht dalain thora pani kar ke gosht gala lain

Jab gosht gaal jae toh isme mattar or aloo add karke thori si bhoonai karein phir isme thora sa pani add karke mattar or aloo ko gala lay.
