In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp curd,1 tsp chilli powder,1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, salt.add washed chicken and mix with spices leave it for 2 hours marination.meanwhile take poppy seed and coconut.grind them with little water and make a fine paste..

Chopped the onion into thin slices. In a wide vessel add oil heat it.add onion slices and fry until they turn golden brown.transfer half quantity of onion into a plate

In the same oil add whole spices saute few seconds.add marinated chicken fry it for 3-4 minutes.add ginger garlic paste cook for a minute.add all powder spices and 2 tbsp curd.mix well and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes add little water..cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Open the lid keep stirring.add poppy seeds and coconut paste. add fried onion mix well.cooked until the chicken turn soft.add water as Required consistency of korma.add makhana and give a boil.add kewra water cover and turn off the flame.serve with naan
