Clean chicken then add yoghurt, chop tomato, chopped coriander, chopped mint, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, biryani masala, green chilli, half lemon juice, 1 tablespoon ghee mix and marinate for 2 hours

In utensil add 2 tbsp oil whole garam masala, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon ghee 4 litre water washed basmati rice

Cook rice 90% and set aside

Another utensil add 1/4 Cup oil

Heat oil and add onions

Fry onion untill golden
Then add marinated chicken
Mix well and add 1 Cup water
Add half cook rice
1 tablespoon ghee
Add saffron milk
Or food colour mix with water
Give charcoal smoke - 7
Cover and put it on dum (low flame) for 45 minutes

After 45 minutes and coriander, mint and fried onion
