Mix curd, ghee and powedered sugar 1st.then slowly add suji to the mixture. Also add maida. Add little milk to make the mixture not very thick.

Cover the mixture a d leave it for room temperature for 20-25 mins.

Now add 1 teashoon vanilla essence and mix the mixture and then add half teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder to the batter.mix well add 1 tablespoon milk to make the smooth mixture.add nuts of your choice

Now grease your pan with little ghee and maida. Pour your mixture tothe pan.

Preheat your kadai or cooker and then pur pan to it and cover it with plate for 1 hour on medium flame
