Steps

Take besan, semolina, citric acid, sugar, ginger-green chilli paste and salt with ¾ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well till no lumps remain.

Add the fruit salt and 1 tbsp of water over it. When the bubbles form, mix gently.

Keep steamer ready
Grease a pan and pour batter in it
keep the pan in the steamer
Steam it fr 15-20 minutes or till it’s doneOnce Dhokla is done check with a skewer
Let it cool completely
Remove in a plate
Pour the seasoning over the Dhokla - 4
For seasoning
Take oil in a small pan add mustard seeds
When they splitter add green chillies and asafoetida
Add little sugar and 1 cup water. Let it boil. - 5
Once Dhokla is done check with a skewer
Let it cool completely
Remove in a plate
Pour the seasoning over the Dhokla
