Ingredients

Prep, 10, Cook 15 mins
8 servings
  1. 1 lbground meat (can be beef, turkey, pork etc)
  2. 1 cloveminced garlic
  3. 1small yellow onion, diced
  4. 8 ozsliced button mushrooms
  5. 3 cupsbeef broth
  6. 4 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  7. 10.5 ozcan of Cream of Mushroom soup
  8. 1 tbspAll-Purpose flour
  9. 16 ozbag of No Yolk brand Broad Noodles
  10. 8 ozsour cream
  11. Fresh parsley (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Prep, 10, Cook 15 mins

    Set the Instant Pot on Saute and brown the meat. Right before the meat is done, add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and continue to saute for approximately one minute. Turn off from saute.

    Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, the flour, then put the noodles on top of the beef and sauce mixture. Don't mix completely but lightly stir.

    Put the lid on the Instant Pot, and set to Pressure Cook or Manual (depending on the IP model) and set timer for 3 minutes.

    Once the cooking is completed through the timer, do a manual pressure release from the valve on the top. When pressure completes release, open the lid and mix in the sour cream while mixing the entire mixture. Optionally add parsley to individual servings. Enjoy.

A whole 16oz bag of noodles is too much. Maybe reduce to half a bag.
