  1. 1 cuplukewarm water
  2. 1 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp instant dry yeast
  4. 3 cupswheat flour
  5. 3 tbsp oil
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 1/2 cupwater

    In bowl put lukewarm water add sugar,yeast keep aside for ten minutes.

    In bowl take three cups wheat flour,add pinch of salt.put yeast mixture. Make soft dough.

    Keep aside for 2 hours for proofing.after that again Knead for five minutes. keep in greased mould.keep for proofing again for 30 minutes.

    Preheat OTG for 10 minutes on 180 degree.put mould inside and bake for 30 minutes. serve with hot tea, coffee anything
