  • 1/2 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonMirin seasoning Sweet Sake
  • 1/2 teaspoonDashi powder (Japanese fish bouillon powder)
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • Sesame
  • Japanese red pepper

    Boil in boiled water with a little salt for 10 minutes.

    Cool in cold water.

    Peel the thin skin of Fuki

    Start to fry with sesame oil
