Ingredients

15 minutes prep + 20 minutes cooking
Serves 1 to 2 people
  • 1zucchini
  • 1chicken breast
  • 1/2onion
  • 3 1/2 ozgorgonzola (100 grams)
  • black pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • 1small pat of butter

Steps

15 minutes prep + 20 minutes cooking
  1. 1

    Wash and peel the zucchini. Slice it into rounds.

  2. 2

    Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the zucchini slices and cook for 1 minute after the water returns to a boil.

  3. 3

    Transfer the zucchini to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking.

  4. 4

    Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

  5. 5

    In a skillet, sauté the sliced onion in a little olive oil.

  6. 6

    Add the chicken and cook gently until lightly browned, then set aside.

  7. 7

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  8. 8

    In a baking dish, arrange the zucchini slices, then layer the chicken on top, and finish with pieces of creamy gorgonzola.

  9. 9

    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add a small pat of butter.

  10. 10

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, watching closely, until golden brown.
