Steps

Take a phulkis soak in warm water for 15 mins

After 15 mins pressed one by one to drain all water and keep aside

Take a big bowl and whisk yogurt well
- 4
Now add sugar and milk in it and whisk again well
- 5
When mixing done add phulkis in sweet yogurt and mix well
- 6
Now sprinkle chat masala papri and hara dhania and serve it
