Spinach and Tomato Tuna Dressing

I had lots of boiled spinach and made this quickly.
The spinach and tomatoes are really nutritious. This is a tasty salad that everybody loves!

I had lots of boiled spinach and made this quickly.

Steps

Dressing: 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 small can of tuna (drained), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, less than 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon each of sugar and black pepper.

Boil the spinach and squeeze out the water. Mix with the dressing.

Peel the tomatoes and chop roughly, then gently mix them in.
