Wash daal properly and put on stove with 4 bowl water. Boil until 2 whistle

Put a pan on a with 2 table spoon oil. Add hing and cumin seed. After it add chopped ginger, garlic. Stir for 30 sec until garlic change its colour. Now add onion and green chilli.

Add chopped tomato, haldi 1/2 spoon, dry coriander, salt, red chilli powder. Tadka is almost ready. Now add boiled daal and stir for 2 minutes. Add dry Fenugreek in it.

Now we will prepare tadka on top. We will use desi ghee for it. Add jeera, dry red chill, pinch of haldi and red chilli powder for amazing colour. Pour daal in a service bowl before adding tadka on top. Serve with green coriander and chopped ginger on it.

Double tadka daal is ready to eat.
