Ingredients

  1. 1thin chicken fillet
  2. 1/4 cupflour
  3. 1/4 cupcornflour
  4. 2 pinchsoda by carb
  5. 1/4 tesp salt
  6. 1/4 tesp salt
  7. 1/4 tesp paprika powder
  8. 1/3 cupcold water
  9. Oil for frying
  10. 1paratha (homemade/frozen)
  11. 1 tblsKetchup
  12. 1 tblsgarlic mayo
  13. Few slices onion

Cooking Instructions

    First cook the paratha, I am using frozen and no need to add oil to fry it have already oil content.

    In a bowl add flour, cornflour, salt, soda, paprika and black pepper. Mix well.

    Add cold water and mix well. Then dip the chicken fillet and deep fry into oil.

    Cook chicken till golden brown and crisp, came it out from oil discard access oil.

    In paratha spread ketchup and Mayonnaise then add free pieces of onion then put the fried chicken and roll it.

    Tasty zinger Paratha roll is ready to serve.
