Steps

Cut brinjals in your desire shape and soak them in salted water so the didn’t turn black.

Stir fry brinjals in 2-3 tbsp oil till comes a good colour.

Whisk yogurt nicely and season with salt,chicken powder and crushed cumin,coriander and mix well set aside.

Masala:
In a pan heat3 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic paste and sauté than add all seasoning cook all masala on low flame and also add 3-4 tbsp water so that masala doesn’t get burnt. - 5
In a deep bowl or plate place first layer of brinjal than layer of yogurt and than masala Continue doing it (make layers)

Now make Turka and pour it on your dahi baingan and enjoy with roti or rice 😋
