Ingredients

  1. 1 CupAll-Purpose Flour
  2. 1 CupWhole-Wheat Flour
  3. 2 CupsFresh or Frozen Blueberries
  4. 1 TablespoonBaking Powder
  5. 1/4 TeaspoonSalt
  6. 1/3 CupButter Softened
  7. 3/4 CupSugar
  8. 3Egg Whites
  9. 1/2 CupSkin Milk
  10. 1 TeaspoonVanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Line 12 Muffin Cups with paper baking cups.

    Stir together or both flowers.

  3. 3

    Measure out 1 Tablespoon flower mixture and sprinkle over blueberries to coat evenly and set aside.

    Beat butter and Sugar together until creamy.

  5. 5

    Beat in Egg Whites until well-combined.

  6. 6

    Stir in Milk and Vanilla.

  7. 7

    Stir in Flower mixture, blending just until moistened.

  8. 8

    Stir in Blueberries.

  9. 9

    Spoon into Muffin Cups, filling nearly to top of each Cup.

  10. 10

    Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 25 minutes or until Golden Brown. Makes 12 Muffins.
