Dal gosht with Zeera rice

First add haldi 1/2 tsp also in chana dal while boiling and salt, 1/2tbsp adrak lehsan paste and keep for boiling.

On other side add onion mutton, salt haldi lehsan adrak 1 tbsp, tomato, red chilli, green chilli paste 2 tbsp, and 2glass water after a boil put on medium flame to tender meat. As dal is boiled 1 Kani ho so it may cook in mutton.

Now as water dries and meat is cooked add oil and bonofy it until ghee upar a Jae then add boiled dal in it.

Keep on medium flame to cook add water if there is no water 1 cup so dal may cook in it. And now for rice tarka lagae onion golden then add lehsan paste then all garam masala

Soak rice for 20 mints and then add water 2 glass as Boil comes then add rice after straining water

On medium flame cook rice and as water dries and rice is seen on surface then keep for 10 mints for daam cover and keep on low flame.

After 10 mints rice is cooked stir spoon in it. Serve and enjoy
